Shipping Policy

Expedited Shipping:

Orders will be shipped in expedited shipping mode. Hence, we always ship using the fastest shipping option offered by our logistics partners for your delivery location.

Order Processing Time:

During business days, orders received before noon typically ship the same day. Orders received after noon or on a holiday will be shipped the next business day. Kindly note that our order fulfilment centres do not operate on Sundays, national holidays, and on important regional holidays. Order pick-up from our fulfilment centres will depend on the logistics partner’s scheduled holidays.

Shipping/Delivery Time:

Delivery time may vary based on your delivery location. We work with only the best and the most efficient logistics partners and generally, orders are delivered to Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities within 2-4 business days. For other locations, it may take up to 4–7 business days

Delivery acceptance:

Our logistics partners will make three attempts to deliver the package to your delivery address. If they are unable to deliver due to your unavailability even after the 3rd attempt, then the package will be returned to our facility. We’ll issue a refund within 3 business days after deducting the two-way shipping charges.

Delays beyond our control:

Very rarely, our fulfilment centres and our logistics partners may not be able to process, ship and deliver your order on time due to inclement weather or other acts of God. In those instances, we’ll work with our logistics partner to ship the order to you as soon as possible.

Order tracking:

Once the order is placed, you can track your order using the “Track your Order” option in our store. You will also receive regular shipping updates from us through email and SMS.

International Shipping:

Currently, we do not ship internationally.
