Exchanges and Return Policy
This Exchanges & Returns Policy applies only to products purchased from www.gabicci.in
Products purchased on Clearance sale are not applicable for exchange or Return.
We offer free return and exchange for the products which are purchased on our website.
Do not ship the products to be exchanged or returned on your own without us authorizing the same as we may not be able to process such exchanges or returns.
Products from End of Season/Clearance Sale/Discounted price or products that come as free as part of a deal are not applicable for Returns/Exchanges/Refund.
Kindly do not accept the package from the courier delivery personnel if the packaging looks damaged
A handling charge of Rs.300 will be charged on every return and exchange of orders.
For returns, you should contact us within 10 days from the date of delivery. Post that, we can not offer you a return.
To accept your return, the products must be unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original packaging.
To request a return, write to us on email@example.com with reason and photos of the product. Our team will get in touch with you and initiate the process.
Once the product reaches our warehouse, our team will check the product condition and update the status. We hold all the right to accept or reject the product after the audit. If the product is rejected, the products will be shipped back to the customer at his own cost.

For any exchange, you may contact us within 14 days from delivery. Reverse pick up will be arranged by us with our logistics partner.
Once we receive the reverse picked up product, our team will audit and get in touch with you for exchange.A handling charge of Rs.300 will be charged on every return and exchange of orders.
Incase of size/fit issue, we would offer free exchange without any handling charges.
All our products are delivered after 100% quality check, Still there could be a chance of human error while processing or manufacturing defect.
In that case, We will take the full responsibility and handled without any handling charge.
In case of online paid orders, the amount will be credited in the original mode of payment (Credit card, Debit card, wallet, etc.), after the approval, the refund will be initiated within 2 working days.
Incase of Cash on delivery (COD) orders, the customer has to provide the bank details along with the order details. After the approval, the refund will be initiated within 2 working days.
Refund is not applicable on gift cards, Giftboxes, Freebies. Thanks.
